If you want a piano to sit on top of the Edirol Orchestra - I know it's got one but again that's a bit soft - there's a lovely Roland 64-voice piano soundfont out there which I use all the time. You can run many instances without significantly using more memory/processor as after the first instance has loaded its sounds, the others all share the same soundset, they're not loading in their own separate set each time. All the instruments sound real - but some WILL need a bit of compression on if you want them to stand out. The strings are great - they used to get used in B-movies, once.
